May 12, 2021 Why Customer Satisfaction is Important to Us
Aside from manufacturing top-of-the-line gel packs, EPS coolers, and more, something that really sets Creative Packaging from other competitors is our customer service. But why is that important?
Take a second and think about some of the reasons you shop at your favorite stores. Is it the prices? The product? How about customer service? Something that makes customers want to come back is the way they are treated when buying or simply interacting with the seller.
While some individuals have a more direct relationship with our customers than others, we work as a team to make sure we execute our individual roles to ensure our customer is happy and feels heard. These roles range from the gel pack line in our warehouse to sending out that confirmation that their product is on its way quickly. We make it aware to our customers that without their product satisfaction, we aren’t happy. And will make it a point to make sure we can find ways to meet their rightful expectations.
We are very fortunate at Creative Packaging that while approaching our busy season back in 2020 when COVID-19 hit and our “busy” turned to hectic, we were able to provide not only exceptional products and execute timely delivery, but customer service that was simply unmatched. And ever since then, we have not slowed down. This created a need for a persistent responsibility from our customer relations team at Creative Packaging- and we have delivered!
While the last year has been full of the unknown, one thing we are always constantly working on, is how can we improve?
Evaluations are important to us; it allows us to reflect on areas we need to expand and provide better services. Creative Packaging employees are always working on ways to better improve our internal processes which will turn into creating a better customer service experience. Since we have grown and can only see more growth in the future, we have implemented small but effective ways to enhance all realms of the spectrum.
For the last 30-plus years, we have delivered great products but without our customer service, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We’re excited about our future and would love for you to be a part of it.
