Our designers can trace the shape of your product and produce a fabricated EPS part that will fit like a glove. We utilize state-of-the-art CAD software, which links to fully automated fabricating machines.
This combination produces a fabricated EPS part with tolerances within 1/16”. Shape-cut fabricated foam packaging parts can then be glued to flat pads to form end caps or can be laminated to other items. This system of fabricated EPS foam packaging emulates a custom-molded part without the associated tooling costs. Fabricated EPS is available in a variety of densities for architectural shapes, displays, corners, u-channels, profiles and much more.
