Can I use a Creative Packaging gel pack on my body?
Creative Packaging gel packs are not designed for any direct use on your skin. We have designed these gel packs to keep items temperature-controlled during shipping. So, we do not recommend use of any Creative Packaging gel packs on your body.

My child/animal has consumed the gel in the gel pack, what should I do?
Although our gel packs are made with non-toxic ingredients, we do not recommend consuming the contents inside our gel packs. If a person or animal has consumed any gel from the Creative Ice gel pack, closely monitor them and provide plenty of fluid. However, if you are concerned, please contact your doctor or veterinarian.
Again, all gel packs manufactured are not for human or animal consumption.

Can my BioDrain Gel Pack be used as plant food or go into my compost?
BioDrain is not plant food, but it is plant and garden safe. BioDrain can be emptied into the compost.

My BioDrain gel pack in my food delivery shipment leaked, what do I do with my food?
Please wash food, which has had contact with the gel pack contents, with a saltwater solution, and ensuring that the saltwater solution completely removes any BioDrain gel off the food is a good and safe method for cleaning off the food prior to consumption. But Creative Packaging does not recommend or endorse eating or drinking the gel from the gel packs.

Is my gel pack septic safe?
If you received our BioDrain Gel Pack, the gel is septic safe and the #4 film can be recycled, where accepted. For more disposal instructions, visit our Disposal Instruction page.
If you received our Creative Ice, no these are not septic safe. The gel must be placed into a trash receptacle and the #4 film can be recycled, where accepted. Please see our Disposal Instruction page
