My child/animal has consumed the gel in the gel pack, what should I do?
Although our gel packs are made with non-toxic ingredients, we do not recommend consuming the contents inside our gel packs. If a person or animal has consumed any gel from the Creative Ice gel pack, closely monitor them and provide plenty of fluid. However, if you are concerned, please contact your doctor or veterinarian.
Again, all gel packs manufactured are not for human or animal consumption.

BioDrain is not plant food, but it is plant and garden safe. BioDrain can be emptied into the compost.
My BioDrain gel pack in my food delivery shipment leaked, what do I do with my food?
Please wash food, which has had contact with the gel pack contents, with a saltwater solution, and ensuring that the saltwater solution completely removes any BioDrain gel off the food is a good and safe method for cleaning off the food prior to consumption. But Creative Packaging does not recommend or endorse eating or drinking the gel from the gel packs.
