GEL-PACK MACHINE TRAINING

This past week in efforts to upgrade our safety and efficiency at all of our locations, our Site Technicians and General Managers from all plants met at our headquarters in Shelbyville Kentucky for a weeklong training for our gel-pack machines.

Our Site Technicians from Kentucky, California, Texas, New Jersey, and our newest location in Georgia were all in attendance. While still practicing social distancing and the appropriate wearing of masks outlined by the CDC, our Site Technicians and General Managers were able to properly meet and network with each other from the other plants.

Monday through Thursday, our Site Technicians and General Managers acquired suitable knowledge and tips to rebuild, work on air cylinders and jaws, roller assembly and collars. By having gel-pack machine training, this will increase our productivity and decrease potential downtime at all locations.

We look forward to finding new ways to implement training on all fronts!
